Tandoori Tiger Prawns

Chef : Aruna Sharma

Ingredients : 4-5 jumbo prawns
2 1/2 tsp hung curd
5 tsp cream
1-2 tsp ginger garlic paste
1/2 tsp yellow chilli powder
1 tsp ajwain
2 tsp corriander leaves
Salt to taste

Method : Put prawns in a bowl, add all the ingredients to it and mix well.
Marinate for two hours.
Cook in the tandoor or grill in the oven at medium
temperature for about 15 minutes or till well done
Garnish and serve.

Mutton Biryani

Chef : Babu Shahi

Ingredients : 5 tbsp of oil
700 gm mutton
1 tsp roughly ground garlic
1/2 bowl water
1 tsp salt or to taste
3-4 cloves
2-3 whole green cardamom
2-3 cinnamon sticks
2 tsp curd
1 tsp garam masala
boiled rice
Optional : food colour and saffron

Method : Heat oil in a pan, add the garlic ans stir.
Add the mutton and water and stir again. Now add the salt, cloves, cardamom, cinnamon curd and garam masala. Stir well, cover and cook for about one hour.
Then add the rice, if needed add some more water.Add the colour and saffron, cover the dish and seal the sides with dough. Cook till well done and serve.

Mutton korma



Chef :- Babu Shahi

Ingredients : 1/2 bowl of oil
1 finely sliced onion
700 gm mutton
3-4 tsp curd
1 bowl of water
1 tbsp salt or to taste
2 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp roughly ground garlic
1 tsp roughly ground ginger
3-4 cloves
2-3 whole green cardamom
2-3 cinnamon sticks
2 tsp fried onions

Method : Heat the oil in a deep dish add the finely sliced onions and lightly it.
Add the mutton, curd, salt, water, coriander powder, red chilli powder and stir for a few minutes.Now add the garlic, ginger, cloves, green cardamon and the cinnamon sticks and mix well.Cover it and cook on a slow fire for about 30 mins, then add the fried onions and stir again.
Cover and cook for an hour or till done. Garnish with thin deep fried onion rings and serve hot.
